1NT-3M as 3-suited with stiff in Major

Many play that 1NT-3H shows a game forcing hand with 3145/3154 patterns, and similarly 1NT-3S with 1345/1354 patterns in an effort to avoid 3NT without sufficient stoppers and play a minor suit game or 4M Moysian (or if very lucky a 5-3M fit!) or possibly a well fitting slam.

Some have requirements regarding the strength of the 3 card major, for example, honor 3rd at least.

Some also include 4144 or 1444 hands while other reject these and use Stayman, ignoring the minors.  I am not that familiar with current proclivities regarding these treatments, hence this poll.

If you feel so inclined, please vote your preferences.

Thank you.
