A lead against a suit contract

I am reading the very interesting "Winning Suit Contract Leads". Leading unsupported aces is often a winner. As the authors remark this is not only due to the fact that the lead itself is a winner, but also because it gives you a chance to switch after seeing dummy. Playing (as we do) Kit's suit preference at trick one gives the ace lead an even better standing.

Now to my question. How does leading unsupported aces affect your lead agreements?

Added two options.

No problem, we have agreed to play Rusinov leads anyway
Leading unsupported aces made / would make me change to Rusinov leads
Leading unsupported aces does / would not affect my lead agreements
I seldom lead unsupported aces
Not Rusinov, but K from AK as well as KQ
