An Accidental Elimination.

Normally the expert players are planning their most successful actions, like squeezes and eliminations. This hand was not planned, still worked perfectly:)

West leaded the 2 to the Q, the Ace, I ruffed it with the  3. I played  5 to the Dummy's King and East's Ace.

East returned the  Queen, I won it with the Ace, and played the Jack. West showed out, but East was already eliminated. If he wins it, he either has to play , giving the declared finesse of 9, or has to play , giving the possibility to make the  finesse, or he has to change to  or , giving the possibility to make the  finesse from dummy.

East actually ducked the Jack, but I could continue , and he had to allow me playing the  finesse anyway.
