ATC (Assign the Credit): Kaplan/Kay on Defense

We've seen numerous "Assign the Blame" articles, so I thought I would post an "Assign the Credit." This is the deal I had queried about in http://bridgewinners.com/article/view/deal-w-kaplan-sqj10-hkx-daqjxx-cq10x-kay/, which turns out to have been from the 1966 Reisinger Board-a-match Teams.

West (Edgar Kaplan) led the Q, ducked in dummy and overtaken with the K by East (Norman Kay). East shifted to a high , won by South. Declarer then led a , and West inserted the J. Dummy won the K, but the contract was doomed because declarer's attempt to endplay West in trumps would be countered by underleading the AQ, so that East could win and return another .
