Imps. Your general approach is precision (1C forcing, 16+). 1D and 1N were natural. Your initial pass showed 0-5 or a trap. Your 1N opener is 14-16, 2N is 19-20. Your system notes don't consider this auction. Your partner is sometimes creative (It's me.) Here are some strong club auctions your notes do address.

1C-(1D)-P-(P)-DBL takeout of diamonds or a very big hand

     1C-(1D)-P-(P)-1N 17-18

     1C-(1D)-P-(P)-2D Michaels, both majors

     1C-(1D)-P-(P)-2N 21-23, stayman and transfers

2 level suit rebids by opener are not forcing, three level jump bids are forcing one round.

If that doesn't answer the question, here are some other sequences you may find relevant.

    (1D)-2N Unusual, hearts and clubs

(1D)-P-(P)-2N 2N opener, stayman and transfers

(2D weak)-2N Strong notrump, stayman and transfers

    (2D Flannery)-2N Minors

(2D precision ~4=4=1=4)-2N "Runners". A good hand with a single suit. A subsequent 3C bid is pass or correct.

With that as your background, select your bid and your interpretation of partner's 2N call.

P. 21-23 notrump
3C. 21-23 notrump. Stayman
3N. 21-23 notrump. Too many diamonds to bid stayman
3H. Unusual
4H. Unusual
P. Runners
3C. Runners. Pass or correct
3N. Runners.
7N. And when the opponents double, redouble. "He won't do that again."
