North had a substantial break in tempo prior to their 3 bid which included furrowed brows and head scratching.  The director was called after the BIT, and all parties agreed there was a break in tempo.  The auction concluded with South's 4 bid.  Dummy hit with:

Txxx

Kxx

AKx

xxx

After Declarer made 4, the director was called back to the table.  East-West suggested passing was a logicial alternative for South.  The director ruled the table result stands, stating the break in tempo did not demonstrably favor bidding 4.
