Analysis by Raad Bunni

A Negative Double by North and 2NT by South. West's lead of a low gives you a free finesse. Win the J. Play a to J. West K wins and he may exit with another . Win A and a to 8. East A wins. East will exit with a . 2, 3, 3 making 2NT. That is all what she wrote.

Analysis by Robert Todd

East passes, South passes, and West opens 1. North overcalls 1, and since East and South can support their partners, this feels like the bidders will win the auction, but probably just at the 3-level, unless the bidders chicken out at the 2-level.
That's fine - declarer loses 1, 2, and 1 - but does need to ruff quite a few things, so can't really pull all the trump right away. The defense can make it more interesting by leading trump, but then declarer just has to set himself up a pitch.
