Our opponents had a short auction.  After I chose to lead a low diamond, they had an equally short claim of +1470.

Had I led a small spade instead, the result would have been unchanged ... but more interesting.  After A, four rounds of hearts followed by four of the five clubs, a four-card end position is reached with the lead in dummy West.

The last club is led from West, East discards a small diamond and my hand is toast.

But, had I led the Q!  Then there is at least some chance that declarer might fail to take the winning diamond finesse for a thirteenth trick.

I think 7 is the contract I would want to reach, single dummy.  Anyone reach it?  How?
