Sitting West you overcall 1S over 1H and it goes 2D-3D-4H, partner passing the whole time. You lead the king of spades, declarer playing the ace of spades, cashing the Ace of hearts and overtakes the King of diamonds with the Ace and continues with the Queen of diamonds pitching a spade. What do you do?

If you measly ruff with the ten then declarer is forced to make the club finnese making the contract.

However, if you ruff with the King of Hearts, cash the Queen of spades, and play a club, declarer has a "sure" way for an overtrick. And down he will go. ( Declarer will play you with no more hearts left, and try to run diamonds pitching his losing clubs, but you still have a trump.)
