Note: I originally created this as a poll, but there were just too many choices. Plus, I'm more interested in the comments than the vote itself.

Playing matchpoints, partner leads the Q, his normal lead from Qx or KQx, and allowable from KQxx or longer. You play the 7, using UDCA, as declarer wins the ace.

Declarer then plays the 6 to the Queen and your Ace, partner playing the 3, in theory showing an even number.

It seems like a spade switch might be in order. That leaves open the question of whether trying to cash a club first is a good idea, as well as which spade to switch to. Assuming you're playing with your regular partner (also assuming you can live with these opening-lead agreements and your plays thus far), what's your plan?
