Direct seat jump overcalls of weak twos

In a context without specific agreements (such as leaping Michaels), what is the accepted meaning of a direct jump overcall after a weak two bid?

For a specific example for discussion purposes, let's say that the auction begins with 2 or 2 and the next player bids 3.

A good hand with a solid suit (forcing). A new suit bid by partner is a cue-bid in support of overcaller's suit and probing for slam.
A good hand with a solid suit (non-forcing). A new suit bid by partner is a cue-bid in support of overcaller's suit and probing for slam.
A good hand with a (very) good suit (forcing). A new suit bid by partner (forcing) is a suggestion of an alternative good suit and seeking a possible slam in that suit.
A good hand with a (very) good suit (non-forcing). A new suit bid by partner is forcing and is a suggestion of an alternative good strain
Something else (please elaborate)
Very good suit (but not necessarily solid), non-forcing and a new suit by partner is a cue bid in support of overcaller's suit.
