Partner opens 1 strong NT, RHO passes. Do you ever have a hand with which you want to sign off in 3 of a minor now?
I ask that because I believe the responding structure would benefit tremendously if you did not have to cater for those hand types. I recall the old Dallas Aces system did not have bids for those hands.
