Gazilli Questions - Meaning of opener’s rebids of 3M and 3NT?

I have recently switched to Gazzilli in one partnership (whereby after 1 - 1 and 1M - 1NT, 2 is either natural or various 16+). I am looking for advice as to sensible treatments for the following rebids by opener. in the context of a 15-17 5-card major 2-over-1 base.

1. 1 - 1 - 3;

2. 1M - 1NT - 3M;

3. 1 - 1 - 3NT;

4. 1M - 1NT - 3NT; and

5. 1 - 1NT- 3

(We have traditionally played opener’s jumps to 3N after a 1-level response as 8 playing tricks in opener’s suit.)
