Incredible double dummy problem from Collegiates

This was a hand from the Collegiate Championships.  Some tables ended in 6d, including our opponents at the other table (though I don't know the auction after 3S).  The play on a heart lead isn't too bad, but you can try that first.  Then try it on a spade lead - this is the best position I saw all tournament.

P.S. I hope it goes without saying that if you use DF, no spoilers in the comments.  If you don't use DF, you can feel free to submit answers if you'd like.
