Is the Best Defense Double Dummy? Part 2

As Kit Woolsey's response to my earlier post points out. the winning defense may be double dummy without knowing declarer's exact spade and diamond holdings.  The actual hand closely resembled Tony Forrester's construction and his suggested defense is spot on:

 "If he [declarer] has AKQxxxx, Qxxx, K10, - I think you have to discard. A ruff and any exit allows declarer to draw one trump, ruff a heart and lead to D10. A discard cuts off dummy. On a fourth heart, you go in with SJ and get out with CA." 

Declarer's actual hand (shown below) was slightly different (making the debated diamond raise less likely), but the successful defense is the same.
