Declarer Aaron Silverstein from NY was playing with John Hurd against world famous Balicki-Zmudzinski from Poland.  They lead the K and he won the ace.  Figuring that the King was singleton, Silverstein thought through his only possible way to go down.

He realized with only 1 loser and no other side suit losers, the only way this contract could be set would be if he lost 3 trump tricks.  With only one top trump outstanding, he just had to prevent his opponents from scoring two trumps.  He cashed the A in dummy and led the A then the Q, when his right hand opponent played low, he discarded his heart, making it impossible for east to get in twice to give west two ruffs.  After winning the king of clubs the defense tried a heart but it got ruffed.  At that point declarer knocked out the King of spades and lost one ruff.  However the defense was stuck and when declarer re-entered he was able to draw trumps and claim.  Well played... here was the full deal.
