East opened 1.

West didn't really want to play 5.

But hoped East could bid 6.

North was on lead and led a small club.

Kind of a waffle that people do on lead.

West took the Ace and played a second top club.

Played the T and ruffed a heart.

Now he knows North is guarding hearts.

Threw North in with the T.

Now North must exit with a spade.

But North exited with the T and declarer made 12 tricks for a near ave.

North can be squeezed in a funny way, leading to a double squeeze.

The spade exit doesn't establish a trick per se, but triple squeezes the dummy and breaks up declarer's transportation.
