Name this squeeze

Playing against one of my juniors on BBO last night, the following deal came up.

West

North

KQ108
J9x
AJxx
East
AJ9xxx
Ax
KQ10
xx
South
K10x
J9

S

3NT

D
3NT South
NS: 0 EW: 0

At the table, declarer ducked the SQ. (Declarer had to win it. The contract could now be defeated with a D switch and the squeeze still operates if declarer wins trick one.) Fortunately, West continued a spade to East's SA and another.  Declarer could now run 5 rounds of clubs arriving at the following position:

West
xxx
xx
North
KQ
J9x
East
9x
A
KQ
South
J9
Ax
x
D

On the play of the last club, East is caught in three suits, forced to pitch a spade.  Now South can exit with a heart and win two tricks in the end.

I thought this was an unusual position and I wondered whether it had a name.
