Clearly, there are four losers, two spades, a diamond and a club. At one table, 4 made after an initial lead. At the other table, the opening lead was the K, ducked, followed by Q. Declarer won this and continued with the Q won immediately by East. The Q was returned to dummy's A. How should declarer continue?
