The above hand was an essentially flat board, 3NT down 1, 4.5/8 MPs (someone always manages to make it) but created a later debate on defense. Agreeing to a general Attitude on opening lead against NT, West chose to "unblock" with the 10 (always denying the Jack) under East's King. If East does not have the Ace (King from either AK or KQ here) he is expected to hold at least KQ9xx or better.
So the question is whether West should "unblock" or play strict attitude (low).
And please no lectures about always A for Attitude and K for Kount, or upside down everything, we don't play that.
