Poll on bidding restrictions around HUM, Brown/Red sticker classifications, etc.

This is a poll to see what good bridge-players think about the current restrictions by WBF, ACBL, and other national organizations, re which artifical bids/conventions are allowed to play, and which are not allowed --- i.e. the regulations around Highly Unusual Methods (HUM), Brown sticker, Red sticker classifications, etc, or the corresponding regulations in your country.

If you could choose to play in tournaments with fewer/more restrictions, what would you choose?

For options 1 and 3, feel free to leave comment what changes you would like to see.

I would prefer to play in tournaments with MORE restrictions than today on what artificial bids/conventions are allowed.
I prefer to play in tournaments with roughly the current level of restrictions on what artificial bids/conventions are allowed -- current regulations are fine.
I would prefer to play in tournaments with LESS restrictions than today on what artificial bids/conventions are allowed -- but there still should be some restrictions.
I would prefer to play in tournaments with NO restrictions on what artificial bids/conventions are allowed, as long as everything is fully disclosed.
