Slip of the Tongue?

Declarer had Qxx in hand and AKxx in dummy. She played the Q and after opponent played, she called for the Ace, but corrected instantaneously to "low". Was the Ace call , a "slip of the tongue" or "loss of concentration"?

Note - 2017 Law 40 has removed 'pause for thought" from director's consideration.

Cambridge Dictionary: "slip of the tongue" - something that you say by accident when you intended to say something else.

The ace call was "slip of the tongue" and can be changed to a low card.
The ace call was "loss of concentration" and cannot be changed.
