They did it to me again

This hand is perfect example of why I rarely do well against weak opponents at club games. After a misdefense and an unseen call give us a top and a near-top, this is the third board:

The queen of diamonds runs around to my king, East playing the two. A small heart to the queen wins. A small heart to the king wins. Both defenders have played in perfect tempo.

What should I be thinking here? Did one of them have the ace of hearts hidden behind another card? Did they both duck smoothly holding three hearts? Did LHO duck twice with A1085?

If anyone has advice about winning in a weak matchpoint field, I'd appreciate it. Much too often, playing sound bridge gets me 50%.
