What are your ethical obligations, if any, here.

You are South playing matchpoints against a very weak but experienced pair. It is the fourth board of a four-board round and time is running short. West, the dealer, is considering his bid and he reaches for a green card. Partner who is also watching West's actions places his hand on a green card presumably intending to pass after West. Now West changes his mind and bids one club. Your partner takes his hand off the green card and bids one spade. East, not that it matters, bids one notrump. Obviously you have UI. Partner has unwittingly limited his hand. What are your obligations? Should the opponents be told what you know about your partner's hand? Should the director become involved and if so how? You are pretty sure that none of the other three players have any idea of what happened or what you know.
