What do you eat in between sessions at tournaments?

Again it happened.  Very good game in the morning, we are in contention.  Go to lunch (nothing fancy and on the healthy side), and in the middle of the afternoon session, I start tanking, have problems concentrating, and blow three rounds.  This has happened to me a fair amount of the time since playing again.  Stamina, focus and general level of tiredness are related, but I am also quite sure that what one eats during the break and/or snacking while playing has something to do with maintaining focus.  If you have similar experiences and found ways to stay sharp through the second session, please post.  Thank you.
