IMPS - long KO

Here is a recent hand that I played (hands rotated). Opponents are competitive (not world class, but certainly not beginner/intermediate, holding 13-15K MPs total with decent results in national events).

As South, I was holding A9754 10 AJ976 74. My RHO thought on 2 (not alerted, but promises fit to my understanding based on the discussion after the hand) for a while and went with 2. Looking at my hand and the cuebid, I thought that he may be just thinking with nothing and decided to double in the second round (open to discussion, but not really relevant to my question). After my 10 lead, declarer won A, played a low to the partner. Partner, who is unaware of overcaller's strength and my bad double [I would have also set the contract here by jumping J and exiting A ], unfortunately cashed the high , played another , and the contract eventually made.

I thought for a while and decided to call the director. 2 makes or goes down, this hand wouldn't/shouldn't be bidding 2 in my opinion and finding a dummy like this. It is just not normal. Director said that both opponents evaluated their hands and there is nothing to do. RHO basically defended himself having lots of heart losers and he said that he would never think of a game (I created the following bidding problem where nobody chose 2 so far and people who bid other than 4 are interested in a potential slam to my understanding: http://bridgewinners.com/article/view/bidding-problem-2-xngqrvnndx/?cj=638490)

Would you just be OK with this and forget about the hand? Or would you file a player memo? If you file a player memo, what do you expect to happen?

Note: Some got the main idea wrong. I never thought of a score adjustment. The board is lost regardless, since teammates are in 4 X -2 other table. I am just curious about your thoughts on these 2 and 2 calls (if any).

Just a normal 2-2, no need to call TD.
Not a normal 2-2, but nothing to do if TD says it is just hand evaluation.
Not a normal 2-2, I would certainly file a player memo. I don't expect it to be recorded, opponents can convince recorder that it is a hand (mis)evaluation.
Not a normal 2-2, I would certainly file a player memo. I expect that the hand will be recorded regardless of the opponents' defense.
Other (please explain)
New: Not a normal 2-2, I would certainly file a player memo. System does the rest.
New: Not a normal 2-2, but nothing to do.
