Ray:
Most companies have social media policies. In fact anyone working in those conditions have NO right to go on social media and make fun of their company’s customers.
If you disagree with the right of companies to do this, I suggest supporting unions.

I’m just impressed the ACBL was able to program all these rules in their ancient computer systems.

Bidding is brilliant. I love it.
Have to say this kind of thing makes bridge fun in new ways. Had I seen this live, I’d go nuts.

No disrespect to the OP, but I noticed the mentioned production company has only 347 likes on FB and hasn’t posted in two years. On Instragram, they do marginally better with almost a thousand followers and posted two months ago.

What is the distribution plan for the movie?
What is the expected audience? What is the expected age ranges?
Do the producers have any experience working with Amazon, Netflix, or YouTube in delivering the movie to a wide audience?
How much money does the movie need to make to break even and is there a plan to provide the movie for free viewing to any of the above mentioned services?

Those questions took all of thirty seconds to think of. Did the ACBL do a cost/benefit analysis before funding the movie?

“The movie aims to create an awareness of bridge in an audience the ACBL badly wants to reach. That’s why it was financed by the ACBL Educational Foundation."

How’s that working so far?

The only thing I know about chess is e4, but I find the ChessBrah channel captivating. I watched a lot of the world championships on it.
It’s run by 20-something Canadian GMs.

Has your distributor tried Netflix or Amazon, yet?
My concern is that the movie is going to get dated very soon. Maybe Amazon would be interested as on one of their free movies with Prime?
