Some ideas: Why not just simply charge a daily fee? Same fee someone for a one session 299er as someone playing in three sessions behind screens. You could then have bundled options with the hotel.

I am sure the creative and entrepreneurial minded people could figure the particulars out. Why is the ACBL attached to a long dated pricing model?

Gold Rush means a lot to the people that play in them.
Also, for many people limited events are just more enjoyable because the people are generally friendlier.
