What did the bid of 3 mean?
If this meant that the defenders had more information than at other tables, then the comparison with the 11 other declarers playing on a lead is not valid.

IF they stop in 3 at red, they usually do not think they have game. Then it is quite likely that 3 will not make either.

Hearts 4-3 = 62.2 %
Hearts 5-2 with doubleton J = 30,5% x 2 / 7 = 8.7 %
Hearts 6-1 with singleton J = 6,8% / 7 = 0.97%
No squeeze possible after Diamond lead.
Without Diamond lead we add a little bit (less than half the remaining chances as it needs long spades with longs hearts).

Call it 74%

There is a reason to underlead the A. You assume to beat the contract that you need 1 trick and 2 red suit tricks.
So underleading the A beats it whenever it can be beaten and leading the A beats it only if partner has .

Of course I can bid 4 if I believe 75% of my peers would do so. It would just get rolled back by the TD.

I think that this is all about full disclosure. The apponents are allowed to know what to expect.

After 1 (pass) 2 (pass) I made a Long suit trial bid of 3 with a short suit to try to induce a trump lead.
Now we do not describe our long suit trial bid as showing something like Axx, but as asking partner to evaluate his hand opposite a holding of Axx.

So Oren should be describing his 1NT opening as 15-17 with frequent upgrades and non-standard distributions. This is fair.

It is important to know if the 10 could be from K10. If so I play the Queen, if not the Ace.

Would 2 over a normal 2 overcall have been forcing?
Still I think partner has shown forcing with , so he will get to play 8.

I play this as 6, 3NT shows the stopper without stopper and 3 stopper which leave room for 3 to ask for the stopper.

The 4 bid is not good, better is 3, much better is 4. The singleton in the East hand is not a surprise - West can see 12 tricks opposite x, Jxxxxx, xxxx, Qx.

The doctors are sueing the DBV and WBF in the civil courts in Germany. The case is still open.

Perfect fit - without the J would not be good.
North could have bid 4 because he can see the single opposite. However if you swap the minor suits in either hand it does not make.

initeresting is, if not natural, what the minor suit cue bid means?
As a passed hand one has 1NT and X already available for T/O.

Look up the revoke rules. You do not lose the Trick you have already won.
