As I have looked at S-D CC http://www.bridge24.pl/media/transfer/doc/stamatov_danailov.pdf ,they lead the same way vs suit. 10 from 109x(+), 10x, H109x(+) 9 from H98x(+), H9x low from dubleton 9x The owner of AKxxx practically knew that the 9 is stiff. So Stamatov - Danailov ...

F.e.standard in Poland is to lead 9 from 109x. Some but not so many pairs have the agreement to lead 9 from 109x, 109xxx, and 10 from (even number of cards) 109, 109xx, 109xxxx. And it is often easier to distinguish 3 cards from one / than 2 cards ...

Yes, we would have to ask THEM. Playing 2/4 now we have the real problem considering stiff 9 or 109x. Playing 3/5 stiff 9 or 9x.
