With 15 points and 15 cards I think I would find a bid other than NT - but maybe that's just me.

My p and I play a jump to 3nt by opener after p bids 2/a shows an opening NT count. A jump to 3nt by responder as their first bid of 2/1 also shows an opening NT count and probably not a balanced hand
