What does 3!H mean in this auction?
Doesn't 2 indicate indifference between the majors? Or, at least, isn't that what partner is going to assume as a default?
Unnecessary Dentist
In the play diagram on page 8 the K is played to trick 5 instead of the Q. This results in West holding one too many cards for the remainder of the play.

I was really surprised by this. The supporting argument in the quiz was that in this context 1 promised 5. I had never heard that.

I think the second is very close but I would also use the shorthand "2/1" to describe a weak NT system using 5 card majors and in which 2/1 bids were game forcing .
After 1!C (P) 1!H (P) 1NT (P), under what conditions should you bid 2!H with a five-card heart suit?
I bid 2 if I think the won't provide tricks at NT. So outside entries (with some length) tend to argue against bidding
