Thanks for your super curious opinion! With your calculation, you prove that balancing with this hand is not so much crazy. It seems to be a contribution to bridge itself!

Lynn, as it is written, there are no significant middles such as 9 and 8.

'Cause pd had Q9xx AT9x Jxx xx And we lost 4H after 2H. It seems me who can change one's judgement.

>Eric I agree with your opinion that it is worth doing slam try. 3A and minor K is enough. Btw, what is the difference between direct 5H and 5H via 4S? I know it is a matter of agreement but how do you feel?
Daisuke Sugimoto's bidding problem: A872 6543 JT86 J
yes.
Daisuke Sugimoto's bidding problem: AT J98 Q98xxx xx
Roland, pd may not double with your example hand and if he has a stronger hand he would have doubled instead of 2C. x KQxx Ax AKJTxx With this hand, direct 2C is acceptable but X as first action seems to construct the bidding well.
Daisuke Sugimoto's bidding problem: AT J98 Q98xxx xx
Thanks Eric! I heard exactly the same thing from my bridge teacher this morning.

is the possibility of my pd having 3+D so high? IMO, pd has a kind of 1426 hand so pass seems nice to me.
