Rao, thanks, that is correct. The implications of what is denied take a little practise, but this is of principles rather than arbitrary bids so once practised it is easy to handle.
I will be interested. I am not actively analysing things myself at the moment (preparing to move house as well as christmas coming). Remember that the slam extensions are not present in what I wrote, but mentioned by Bob.
