This convention does not solve the same problems as Bart does. Bart distinguishes between 6-card hearts and 5-card hearts. This convention solves a rebid problem for those who do not play Flannery.

Thank you for your suggestion. Range Asking 2 allows for long, weak clubs. After 2, the responses are 2NT (Minimum, 12-14) and 3 (Maximum, 15+). If you had long, weak clubs, you would either pass 3 or correct. I do not believe that Bridge World accepts ...
