1NT shows 15-18, but you would open 1H on Hans weaker than that. So does t seem equivalent to me.

A 4D bid gets a 4H responsive - it would be taken as a normal splinter. A response to 4NT shows no key cards but if you ask about the queen you get that and the king of hearts.

Never thought ehat 3H would be. Initially I would take it as a GF bid with a heart suit (a jump shift). N retrospect maybe that needs to be reconsidered if a non jump is actually a reverse bid.
