I bid X instead of 1S beacuse I thought the hand was too strong for a simple overcall. But I undestand that 1S is a possibility and I agree to abstain if you think 1S was the right bid at the first round

No special agreement: at first instance 4H should have shown a 2 suiter with spades and a minor. And the sequence 4H - 4S - 4NT probably a stronger hand with both minors, but this is my feeling and this wasn't agreed with partner.
