Restricted choice: real life example
A very humorous corollary you might work in in some manner is Frank Vine's old Bridge World piece "How I Abolished the Rule of Restricted Choice." I hope you can find it somewhere.
RIGAL Leads NA Swiss
They are not in the Reisinger because their sponsors are too chicken to play in the greatest event in Bridge.
Bye Bye Baze

You might try the Regency Whist Club in New York, created when the Whist Club and the Regency merged long, long ago. Might be something in their archives, or maybe there is a member there who collects memorabilia. General manager is Ron Cosgro Ron@rwcny.org Good luck.
Curious accusation in Philadelphia

2018 Fall NABC
