A Modest Proposal For Dealing With Expelled Cheaters
Lots of great suggestions. Perhaps my idea of having cheaters wear a scarlet letter "C" in all tournaments is a non-starter but it does have an interesting history behind it.

% of members from minority communities vs. representation in the overall population is something I'd like to see information on.
How do BW members feel about publishing anonymous letters from senders self-identified as ACBL employees.

I don't know if the current voting process is best but I do think simply having a general membership vote would dramatically favor the incumbent while unit boards are a small enough group that they can be reached by non-incumbents
