JoAnn Sprung's bidding problem: A5 8653 QT95 KQ8
This is a double by the book, doesn't matter the vulnerability. They may have easily 8 tricks in a 2H contract : 6h and 2 side tricks.
Ilai Baniri's lead problem: AJx Jx Q9x AJxxx
Any lead can giveaway a trick. I hope they have strong trumps because the 4H bid.
Ilai Baniri's bidding problem: KJx 9xxx Qx AQxx
4D is the best of all the bad bids I can make.
Ilai Baniri's bidding problem: J --- K987xx AQ9xxx
My hand is much better than a weak 2N bid, usually showing 5-5. With a weak 6-5 I will still bid 2N but with 6-6 and two good suits I prefer to bid D and then C.
Ilai Baniri's bidding problem: AKQxx Qxx Jxx Jx
Forget about slam with a balanced 11 points (I dont count the two J's).
Ilai Baniri's bidding problem: 952 A964 A642 97
When you have nothing to bid Pass is a good option.
Ilai Baniri's bidding problem: K5 T AQ654 98765
Most of the time you have 9-10 tricks in D. A gamble 5D in Vul may be very costly. Pass is the only bid I can think about.
Sergiu Covaliu's bidding problem: --- J875 AKQJT76 72
The 3N Gambling opening is available too.
Itzik Ezra's bidding problem: 864 QJT92 97 AT7
Very poor sequence in my opinion. The weak hand asks RKCB and finally this hand tries to guess the best final contract.
Itzik Ezra's bidding problem: AQT964 52 KJ64 T
In my opinion, 4 is the only possibility. Other bids are like ignoring Pd.
