After watching the 3 matches, I was confident the supposed signal was given on the following boards:
Latvia: Boards 7 & 13
Russia: Boards 8 & 13
Boards where the signal seemed given, but not certain / or late:
DK - Bd 31: given about 40 seconds after dummy comes down
RUS - Bd 6: Not completely flat, but repeats 3 times, one time touching dummy
RUS - Bd 16: given about 50 seconds after dummy comes down
After checking the boards later, Balicki had 5 cards in a suit in all 4 "certain" boards, but only twice in the "not certain" group. The wrong one was a case where the signal is not given within 30 seconds. Clearly important, as Kit Woolsey has written.
On a few hands, Balicki puts down his hand, but without spreading his fingers or not putting it flat. I noted a few of those down; on many of them, he did not have a 5-card suit. So one has to be very careful not to include hands where it just seems the ...
