I am from the San Francisco area and have been playing bridge for about 40 years. I was born in Karachi, Pakistan but my heritage is from Mangalore, Karnataka in South India. I am an ACBL GLM and enjoy tournament bridge, particularly the NABCs.

With the 1NT overcall, we are surely not looking for slam. With that consideration why give away information with a FJ 3S? Just bid 4H. It's hard for me to agree that 3S is a FJ in this auction
