It may help to consider the ACBL as the franchiser, and (either for-profit or NFP) districts, units, clubs, directors, and teachers are franchisees at different levels for different objectives, as they so choose, or not. Goal alignment is the key to happy relationships.

One work around, before integrating the game clock and screen display, is to manually project a count-down clock on screen.
