10 books you should read over and over...

Peter Hasenson's article about 101 books you should read before you die (https://bridgewinners.com/article/view/101-bridge-books-to-read-before-you-die-2-z26x1g0knx/) prompted a comment from Ed Judy that "Best for many to read 10 great book 10 times, rather than 100 one time."

I think that is an interesting point. Despite there being many, many bridge books that it can be profitable to read, what ten do you find yourself going back to again and again?

My ten, in no particular order, are:

  1. On Bidding (Morehead original and update by Truscott and Alder)
  2. Reese on Play (Reese)
  3. Why You Lose at Bridge (Simon)
  4. How to Read Your Opponents High Cards (Lawrence)
  5. Judgment at Bridge (Lawrence)
  6. Card Play Technique (Mollo & Gardener)
  7. The Secrets of Winning Bridge (Rubens)
  8. Points, Schmoints (Bergen)
  9. The Play of the Hand (Watson)
  10. How to Improve your Bridge (Kelsey)
