After S opened 1NT (a bit eccentric, but not totally unreasonable), I PASSed as W and could think of nothing better to do after the transfer. Both defense and declarer slipped (perhaps badly) but +200 scored as it usually does for a part score hand. (+100 is nearly as good)

It's enough to make me want to use a 1NT overcall as top and bottom, complimenting the unusual NT and Michaels to complete the two suited overcall set.
