Became LM over 35 years ago but don't ask me how? Frequently play on BBO - (Double !) but play live bridge relatively infrequently. Memory and attention/ concentration skills seem to be getting progressively worse (especially in terms of remembering played cards). If I post a problem or OP, even if it seems like such a no-brainer and elementary to you, something likely occurred at the table where a disagreement occurred or there was some difference in approach or style. So please view it as respecting and appreciating your input.

I am posting it as both an IMP and a Match Point bidding question.
I am not only interested in your selections of bids but, also, the reasoning resulting in your choices.
You hold the following:
1NT = (14+)15-17,
2♦ was a transfer showing 5+ ♥s, 0+ hcp,
3♥ was a really good 1NT opener with 4+card ♥ support (just how good was undiscussed, but partner probably has a near if not max to super max). No other pre-accepts are used. Therefore, you have at least 11 ♥s between the 2 hands (LOTT)
Under which of the following scoring and vulnerability situations would you bid 4♥?
The 1st 4 answers pertain to playing IMPs, answers 5 thru 8 pertain to playing match points (MPs)
