Club Directors totally ignoring UI issues

Can anything be done about Club directors totally ignoring UI issues?    I am not talking about subtle bids where a player makes a reasonable bid that might have been suggested by the UI, when another alternative was available.   I am talking about players making bids that could only be made because of the UI.   I'd like to present 3 recent cases.

Director called to table, and before any explanation of the issues is completed, Director Dick Yeager rules, "He can bid what he wants."  Note on offending player:  Very long time club player with well known ethical issues with a couple thousand MPs.

Director Brenda Simpson called to table and without trying to understand the UI issue says, "Looks like a 4H bid to me."   Brenda is a certified instructor, and the Unit's education coordinator.      She runs several games a week.   The offender has been playing a few years and has a few hundred MPs.

This was the last hand of the night Director Lou Arevalo ruled, "You are so far ahead it does not matter so not adjusting."  Lou has upon occasion made reasonable rulings, not yet witnessed from the other mentioned directors.   Lou runs one evening game and is a volunteer and unit board member.   His is the best run game in Spokane.    The offender is another certified director from a neighboring bridge unit (Coeur d'Alene) with a couple thousand MPs.  Given what I know of her bidding style, I suspect she might have actually bid 5 over an in tempo 4.  I realize that's not relevant, but I doubt most people understand that that's not relevant.

None of these were hard, yet the directors totally ignore all proprieties and make the ruling that causes the least angst for the non-pros.   When I see complicated UI problems posted, my attitude lately is, "really?   The bid taken was reasonable at least."

Help needed

As a player, my choices are to play or not play in those games.   Two of them I am choosing not to play in.   I have however been asked to lead the Spokane unit, and so want to try to do a decent job.   So I need some help figuring out how to address this issue.    I've put down some poll answers.   Please think carefully about your responses and skip the usual sarcasm and give me constructive ideas.

Thanks for your ideas.

Unit should not get involved in Club issues
Issues should be reported to the ACBL (who to? Unit recorder? Memphis?)
Suggestion written below
I don't know
I don't care
Directors rulings were correct what are you worried about.
Board should appoint a team to educated directors on proper handling of UI
Don't ever call a director in a club over UI issues, no matter how blatant
