Analysis by Fred Ferguson

As much as I like minor suit slams LOL I did not put this deal here.

Bidding* After three passes West with 16 high card points , 4 Quick Tricks and 6 losers opens the bidding 1 with the plan on rebid to Reverse into spades. North makes a weak jump overcall of 2 (not the prettiest of bids). East without 4-spades or a 5-card suit cuebids hearts 3 to show 10-11 hcp (as a passed hand) and a fit in clubs. South doubles to show heart support and tell partner it is ok to lead hearts away from a tenace. West passes knowing East will have another bid, and East bids 4. West with 19 support points for clubs and only one loser in hearts, bids 6.

Play* The play of this deal is not hard. A North has made a weak jump overcall showing 6 hearts, then it is likely North will be short in clubs and declarer (West) plays South for the missing clubs, making 6.
