Oryah Meir, the CEO of the Israel Bridge Federation, has announced that the Special Ethics Committee formed to deal with accusations against Lotan Fisher and Ron Schwartz has scheduled two closed deliberations, on April 26 and 27.  This is somewhat unusual, since it is during the intermediate days of the weeklong Pesah (Passover) holiday, when much normal business activity in Israel is suspended.  The announcement was made on April 21.

A few days earlier, on April 18, the SEC held an open hearing at which Amir Levin, one of the authors of the so-called Israeli Doctors documents detailing accusations that Fisher and Schwartz used coughing signals during the auction, made a presentation to the committee.  Levin apparently was responding to the defense's response to the coughing charges; after part of the presentation, the committee said that no further testimony from Levin was necessary, since he had made the same points as were made in the written documents.  A video (in Hebrew) of Levin's testimony is available at

There was no indication of what would go on in the closed committee sessions.  Draw your own conclusions.
