How do you play Picture Bid when the choice is 3M or 4M?

For purposes of this poll:

1. You are playing 2/1 forcing to 3N or higher.
2. You cannot bid 2M but have a choice of 3M or 4M.
4. It shows a concentration of values in M and your (5+) 2/1 suit with no first or second round control in either of the other suits.
5. It denies 2 outside Qs.  Whether it denies 1 outside Q is one of the issues.
6. It shows a minimum in HCP (11+ to 14).
7. All other hands with 3+ support rebid 3M.
8. Picture bids apply after 1-2H.
9. Opener's rebid of 2M shows exactly 5 M and may be balanced with stoppers in the other two suits.
10. 2M denies the ability to show a lower second suit.
11. Opener's rebids of 3om or 2 when were opened show extra's but not full reverse strength.
12. Opener's raise to 3m shows a solid opener with 4+m but could be shape based and less than extras in HCP. 5422 would certainly have 14HCP.
13. With 6+ M, Opener rebids 2N (Schuler Shift) or jumps to 3M to set M as trump and initiate cue bidding.
14. Opener's rebid of 4 after 1-2 is itself a Picture Bid. All other hands with 3+ rebid 3 or splinter into 4m.

Please select up to 8 choices.
